Survey: YP who haven’t accessed services
Are you under 21 years old?
Never accessed one of NHS Lanarkshire Young Peoples Sexual Health Clinics?
NHS Lanarkshire are keen to hear views from people under 21 years old who haven’t accessed the Sexual Health Service for young people. The questionnaire is totally anonymous so it doesn’t identify anyone who uses it.
Currently, Young People clinics happen in various health centres in Lanarkshire from Monday to Thursday and typically run from 4pm till 6pm with registration until 5pm. For more information about these clinics please see the YP Clinics, Services page.
This is an opportunity for Young People to tell us what is important to them and to shape the service to focus resources on the things that matter to them most.
You can access the questionnaire here: Questionnaire for Young People not currently accessing Sexual Health Service
Questionnaire closes: 31st October 2024. Thank you for taking the time to give us your views.
